Why can't I see the call recording in the lead's profile page?
Matching leads to phone calls is a tall order.
Most often when you can't see a call for a lead on their profile page, it's because the phone call originated from a phone number that isn't associated with the lead in the ProNexis system. Admittedly, the process of matching phone calls to lead records is much more complicated than just matching up the phone number in a lot of cases as well.
All phone calls are recorded and available on the call activity report.
