What is my ProNexis "Technology Fee"?

ProNexis, although providing call center services, is mainly a technology company. 

All of our agents are plugged into our technology and you will almost never see a ProNexis agent dialing a number, inputting a new lead from an email that was sent, typing information into your CRM, etc. All of that happens automatically via our proprietary technology.

The Technology Fee is similar to any monthly fee you'd pay to a technology company, cell phone provider, or even cable TV. It pays for the software that keeps everything running so that we can follow up with your leads as quickly as today's marketplace requires, connect to your organization's software, provide vital information through your MyPronexis portal, and much more behind the scenes.
