Same Day Appointments

If a lead requests an appointment in 24 hours or less from the time of the phone call, the agent will attempt to call you to get permission to book that.

If you approve, then the agent will book this using the availability on your calendar or force book the appointment if needed.

If you do not approve the same day appointment, and the lead will not agree to book for a future time, then the lead will be marked as not converted in our system.

The agents cannot send the info over to you without booking an appointment.​
