How to Retrieve Credit Card Information
In order to retrieve the credit card information from your ProNexis Portal you’ll need to log in to the Portal with your login details here: https://mollymaid.mypronexis.com (or your specific brand login):
Go to Reports on the left side:
Click on Sales Report
Make sure you have the correct date range, hit Generate
The information will show in a list, the numbers in blue represent a link that you can click:
*PLEASE NOTE* When you click the blue link and the credit card numbers will be available until you hit the Delete button*
If you need the credit card information again after it has disappeared you’ll be able to pull the call in the Call Activity Report for up to 60 days to hear the credit card number that was provided.
