Book Everything Policy

Book Everything Policy

It is our policy that if a lead or prospect's service requests land outside of the normal services offered by the professional or franchisee, but within specific qualification parameters defined at the brand or franchisor level, or requests a service that the agent could reasonably assume that the professional or franchisee would offer, that the agent will book the appointment.

If after reviewing the information and following up with the lead, the professional or franchisee does not wish to move forward with the appointment we will approve a billing dispute for that appointment fee.
